Yoav Har-Even appointed head of Operations Directorate

Brigadier General Yoav Har-Even has been appointed as head of the Operations Directorate after Defense Minister Ehud Barak approved IDF chief Benny Gantz's appointment.

Har-Even is replacing Major-General Yaakov Ayash who was recently appointed military attaché in Washington. (Yoav Zitun)
