Gunmen kill bodyguard of Iraqi vice president

Iraqi police officials say assailants have gunned down a bodyguard for the country's Shiite vice president in a drive-by-shooting in downtown Baghdad.

The officials say the attack Saturday afternoon in the Karradah neighborhood killed the off-duty bodyguard for Vice President Khudier al-Khuzaie. (AP)
