An Iraqi official says Syrian rebels have taken over a border crossing along the countries' northern frontier.
Ninevah province governor Atheel al-Nujaifi says the rebels forced out Syrian authorities from the crossing at the Iraqi town of Rabiya on Saturday afternoon. (AP)
