State seeks to defer Migron eviction by one month

The State has filed a High Court motion seeking to delay the eviction of the illegal West Bank outpost of Migron by another month.
The motion stated that the IDF believes it is best to avoid a potential confrontational eviction during the Muslim month of Ramadan for the sake of security. (Aviel Magnezi)
