Barak: Let Defense Ministry find alternative to Tal Law

Defense Minister Ehud Barak asked in Sunday's cabinet meeting that the responsibility for constructing an alternative to the Tal Law be given to his ministry in light of the failed negotiations.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused, arguing that Minister Moshe Ya'alon had already proposed legislation that would soon be presented to the government. (Attila Somfalvi)
