The Turkish army has deployed anti-aircraft missile batteries and armored personnel carrier along the Syrian border, the Anatolia news agency reported.
The convoy consisted of at least five vehicles equipped with anti-aircraft missiles, according to images broadcast by NTV. (AFP)
