The overall number of new job seekers in June 2012 stands at 17,052. The majority - 12,452 - are people who were fired from their jobs, according to the Employment Service.
In June, the number of job seekers who turned to the Employment Service stood at 193,655, including 109,041 women and 84,614 men. (Ran Rimon)
