The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has convicted Haaretz reporter Uri Blau, who confessed to holding classified information copied by Anat Kam, a soldier at the Central Command chief's bureau in 2008. The conviction was achieved as part of a plea bargain and the parties will motion for a sentence of four months of community service. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
