Transportation Minister seeks int'l flights to and from Haifa

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz announced Tuesday at the inauguration ceremony for the Haifa Airport that he intended to ask international airlines to increase the frequency of their flights between Haifa and nearby destinations abroad.

Katz also said he would ask Israeli carriers to add direct flights between Haifa and Eilat. (Ynet)
