Golan Heights base closed after dozens contract scabies

Dozens of troops from the Central Command's 'Dragon' artillery battalion who are currently training in the Golan Heights have over the last few days complained of a severe itch which is most likely a result of scabies found in the bedding and mattresses on the base.
The soldiers have received medical care and the chief medical officer ordered to close the base until the problem is solved for fear of contagion. The IDF spokesman stated that the sick soldiers have been separated from the healthy ones. (Yoav Zitun)
