Yachimovich on budget cuts: Evil Netanyahu is back

Labor Party Chair Shelly Yachimovich said Tuesday in response to the announcement of budget cuts and a rise to the VAT that "The old, evil Netanyahu is back. The citizens of Israel will pay for this dearly. The prime minister took a break from political zigzags and returned to the place he doesn't zigzag: destroying the middle class."

"Netanyahu himself created the hole in the budget when he made wild cuts to fair taxes on the wealthy, and now he is levying (higher) VAT – a cruel, unintelligent tax," Yachimovich said. (Ynet)
