Police: Woman may have tried to drown kids

A Nazareth woman in her 30s entered the water at Shikmona Beach in Haifa on Tuesday night, along with her two children, ages 3 and 7.

Passers-by alerted city inspectors, who said that it appeared that the woman didn't want to leave the water. The children were rescued, unhurt. The mother was being questioned at the local police station. (Ahiya Raved)
