Top officials in the healthcare system have sent a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which they slam the budget cuts he imposed on Israel's healthcare budget.
The 23 senior healthcare officials, which include Health Minister Yakov Litzman, brand the cuts as "a declaration of war on the middle class," and assert that the depleted budget compromises the home front's readiness for emergencies. (Carmit Reuven)
