Syrian FM blames Israel for his country’s turmoil

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem, who is currently visiting in Iran, accused Israel of conspiring against Syrians.

Muallem and his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Salehi, confirmed in a media conference that the two countries take a similar stance on the ongoing military conflict in Syria. “We are happy that the all-out efforts and plots made by the Zionist regime and the West to meddle in Syria's internal affairs are frustrated,” they said.
