The Al-Hayat newspaper which is published in London, reported that newly elected Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi has decided not to attend the non-aligned movement's summit meeting which is set to take place in Tehran at the end of the month.
A source close to the presidency estimates that Morsi will send new Egyptian prime minister Hisham Kandil or foreign minister Mohamed Kamel Amr to represent him at the meeting. (Roi Kais)
