Turkey sends condolences to Iran after earthquakes

Turkish Foreign Ministry announced that Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu contacted his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Salehi to express condolences for 180 citizens who died in the earthquakes which struck Iran on Saturday.

Davutoğlu said Turkey is ready to send aid to Iran. The quakes struck northeast of the Town of Tabriz near the Iranian – Turkish border (Dudi Cohen)
