Groundwork in Beit El ahead of Ulpana building relocation

The Defense Ministry has started construction work in Beit El which will set the ground for the relocation of five Ulpana neighborhood buildings. The buildings themselves will be relocated in the coming days, subject to the High Court's timetable. (Itamar Fleishman)
