Hunger striker who wants meeting with PM rushed to hospital

Tamir Hajaj, an activist who has been on a hunger strike for the past 18 days, was rushed to a Jerusalem hospital when he nearly collapsed.

 

Hajaj's primary demand is a meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement that a senior advisor, Gabi Kadosh, has met with the activist on Netanyahu's behalf. (Boaz Fyler and Omri Efraim)
