Hundreds participated in a memorial service for Lee Zeitouni, who was run over in Tel Aviv 11 months ago.
After the service, Zeitouni's partner said that though France is working to charge Zeitouni's killers – two French nationals, who fled back to France to avoid standing trial in Israel – Israel has yet to submit the results of the police investigation to the French, claiming that the files have not been translated into French yet.
