France condemns Ahmadinejad over Israel comments

France on Friday condemned Iranian President Mahmoud Ahamdinejad's comments on Israel, in which he likened it to a 'cancerous tumor', calling his remarks "new provocations."

"We firmly condemn these outrageous and totally unacceptable statements," French deputy Foreign Ministry spokesman said in a statement. (Ynet)
