Group claims being prevented from representing foreigners

The Migrant Workers Hotline on Monday filed a petition with the High Court of Justice against the Prison Service, intetrior minister and various courts claiming they are withholding the organization from representing foreigners.

The hotline claimed that foreigners held in the Saharonim and Keziot facilities are being prevented from meeting with their representatives and thus being denied legal representation. It motioned for an emergency discussion on the matter and a temporary order allowing the visits. (Aviel Magnezi)
