State: Evict Migron even if land bought legally
None
The State has presented its position on the matter of the Migron outpost land purchase. According to the State, the outpost must be evicted of its residents even though they claim they purchased a large part of the land.
The State added that it would continue to examine the legality of the purchase but made it clear that even if it is proven that the land was purchased legally – the residents will not be able to continue living there due to planning and construction violations as well as the fact that accessing the land obligates residents to go through private Palestinian land.
