Peres: Lynch perpetrators must be brought to justice
Visiting Majdal Shams in the Western Galilee President Shimon Peres denounced last week's lynch against an Israeli Arab in Jerusalem" "I am ashamed at the sight of the beating of Jamal Julani…it is an intolerable case of violence that we must expunge from our midst."
Peres added: "We must bring the assaulters to justice and do everything in our power to bring our children, Jews and Arabs, closer. It is essential so that we can live in a hate-free and violence free society." (Maor Buchnik and Noam 'Dabul' Dvir)
