Friedmann: Iran strike issue shouldn't be argued in court
Former Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann said that in his opinion the Iran strike issue cannot be argued in court.
In an Israel Bar Association conference on "High Court circumventing bills" Friedmann said, "I am against an uncoordinated strike but I don't think it's the court's place to promote this view." (Ynet)
