State motions High Court to evacuate Migron residents

The State has filed a High Court motion seeking to evict the residents of the illegal West Bank outpost of Migron. During the hearing, representatives of the State rejected the claims made by the settlers, stating that the temporary houses they are set to move in, are not suitable to live in.
According to the State, there is no reason for settlers not to move into the temporary site. The Court will most likely make its decision over the next few days. (Itamar Fleishman)
