The Palestinian Authority welcomed France's decision to launch and inquiry into the death of former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
"We hope the probe will shed light on the details of Arafat's death, alongside an international investigation to identify all the sources involved," said chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat. (AFP)
