Report: Jerusalem-born journalist captured by Assad forces

American Arabic-language TV channel Al-Hurra reported it had lost contact with its reporter Bashar al-Kadumi, who is stationed in Syria.

The Free Syrian Army confirmed he had fallen to the hands of Bashar Assad's forces, who arrested him in Aleppo last Monday. According to the report, al-Kadumi was born in Jerusalem where he graduated from high school. He later moved to Turkey and began working for Al-Hurra. (Roi Kais)
