France: Iran sanctions must be increased

Speaking after the publication of an IAEA report on Iran's increased nuclear capacity, France's Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that Iran has "not shown progress" on the nuclear issue and that "sanctions against (Iran) must be increased."
He added: "It would be much better if Iran decided to change its stance but so far we have yet to see this on the ground." (AFP)
