Driver who left 4 year old in car under house arrest
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released Nahman Stitzer from Modiin Illit to house arrest. Stitzer is suspected of leaving four year old boy Haim Boimel in a car where the boy was found dead five hours later.
Stizer is suspected of negligent manslaughter and serving as a school bus driver without a license. (Noam Dabul Dvir)
