Police commissioner reports 5% drop in crime rate

Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino presented the cabinet with data indicating there has been a 5% drop in the rate of crime. The data refer to 2012's first eight months compared to the same period last year.

The figures also show the same drop in the Arab sector. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the change. (Omri Efraim)
