Bill aiming to revoke Barak's authority over Ariel decision

In light of Defense Minister Ehud Barak's refusal to give final approval for Ariel College's university status before the High Court makes a ruling on the matter, Knesset Member Alex Miller (Yisrael Beiteinu) is initiating a bill which is meant to revoke's Barak's authority on the matter.
The Knesset will debate the issue when it returns from its summer recess. (Moran Azulay)
