Unidentified men shot dead the head of a popular committee for public services near a Jenin refugee camp on Wednesday, Ma'an news agency reported.
Hisham al-Rakh was shot several times while driving his car in a mountainous area near the refugee camp, Jenin governor Talal Dweikat said. (Elior Levy)
