Speaking at a naval cadets' graduation ceremony Defense Minister Ehud Barak said on Wednesday: Israel has the knowledge and ability to thwart threats and act at any time within any geographic range."
Also speaking at the event, IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said: "The Israel navy may be the smallest corps but it is the force that allows Israel to act with precision and with might against any spot around the globe. We have the means, the knowledge and the operational ability to defend the residents of Israel." (Ahiya Raved)
