IDF strikes Gaza terror cell; Palestinians say 3 killed

The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that an IAF aircraft has struck a terrorist cell that was getting ready to launch rockets on Israel. The cell was previously involved in rocket fire on the country's southern communities.
