Ashkenazi: Military must be part of war deliberations

Former IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi said Friday: "The General Staff and its chief cannot but be involved in the deliberations with the political echelons over the possibility of war."
Ashkenazi added: I would recommend that Gantz do it thoroughly. We will need good intel in future wars as the IDF has the most lethal firing power in the Middle East." (Yoav Zitun)
