Magnitude 5.0 earthquake hits between Japan, Guam

The US Geological Survey says a magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck between Guam and Japan.
The early Saturday morning earthquake had an epicenter 465 miles northwest of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The epicenter had a depth of more than 160 miles. There were no reports of damage or injuries. (AP)
