Report: PA to request Israel to review economic accords

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has asked his civil affairs minister to officially request from Israel a review of the economic accords between their governments, known as the Paris Protoccol, the Palestinian Maan News Agency reported.
The Paris Protocol was signed in 1994 as an annex to the Oslo Accords that established the interim Palestinian government. According the report, opponents argue that the agreement makes the Palestinian economy dependent on Israel's economy. (Roi Kais)
