Israel ratifies Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities

The Israeli government has ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Israel signed the convention in March 2007 and now after prolonged preparation work, Israel has joined most of the world's countries in ratifying it. (Omri Efraim)
