PM: Elections may be brought forward

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted for the first time that it was possible that the elections which are currently scheduled for October 2013 will be brought forward to the beginning of next year.
Ynet has learned that in a response to a petition filed by Knesset Member Michael Eitan demanding that the Likud congress be convened, the prime minister's representative responded that there are two reasons for not convening the congress – the possibility that elections would be brought forward and Netanyahu's trip to the US.
