Softened indictment against Kiryat Malachi mayor

The State Prosecutor's Office has announced that subject to a hearing, it would file an indictment against Kiryat Malachi Mayor Moti Malka for two counts of indecent acts and bribery.
Malka will not be indicted for rape due to lack of evidence. (Ilana Curiel)
