Speaking at a Memorial to the fallen of the Yom Kippur War on Mount Herzl Defense Minister Ehud Barak said: "The Yom Kippur War was a turning point in Israel's history. The power of the siren that ended the sanctity of Yom Kippur still echoes to this day with one clear lesson: When tested we can only trust ourselves."
