Yemen's president warned Thursday that his country could slide into civil war if a plan to start a national dialogue between different factions does not succeed.
President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi said that the national dialogue, meant to begin on November 15, will be crucial for the future of the shaky, war-scarred and impoverished country. (AP)
