Peres eulogizes General Avraham Adan
President Shimon Peres issued a statement eulogizing General Avraham (Bren) Adan, who died earlier Friday: "General Adan dedicated his life for the security and fortification of the State of Israel.
"He was an outstanding fighter and commander who fostered generation of Infantry forces. He will always be remembered. May he rest in peace." (Noam Dvir)
