General (Res.) Avraham (Bren) Adan to be laid to rest Tuesday
The funeral of General (Res.) Avraham (Bren) Adan, who died Friday, will be held at 3 pm Tuesday at Kibbutz Shefayim.
During the War of Independence, General Adan raised the Ink Flag claiming Eilat for Israel. During the Yom Kippur War, he bravely fought against Egyptian forces crossing the Suez Canal. (Elior Levy)
