West Bank: Palestinian youth dead in apparent hit-and-run

A Palestinian youth was found dead near the entrance to the Beit Arye settlement in the West Bank. An MDA crew that responded on the scene attempted to revive him, but had no choice but to pronounce him dead.
A police spokesman said that the deceased, a man in his early twenties, appeared to have been hit by a car. The driver has fled the scene. An investigation has been launched. (Raanan Ben-Zur and Maor Buchnik)
