Syrian rebels claimed killed 300 Iranians, Hezbollah operatives
The Free Syrian Army Commander Riad al-Assad confirmed Wednesday that the head of the Hezbollah task force, Mohammed Nassif (Abu Abbas), was killed in Homs on Sunday. Hezbollah had originally denied the report.
Al-Assad said that the rebels managed to kill more than 300 Iranians and Hezbollah operatives in the same area where Abu Abbas was killed. (Elior Levy)
