Legal adviser: Bill to dissolve Knesset must be passed anew

Knesset Legal Adviser Eyal Yinon said that the legislation aiming to dissolve the parliament has to be passed anew. The announcement means that the steps taken towards passing such a bill in May have now been scrapped.
