Report: Turkey received tip on Syrian aircraft from US
Turkey received intelligence from the US regarding the Syrian plane which it later forced to land at an Ankara airport, Turkish newspaper Milliyet reported.
Earlier, Russian military sources claimed that the aircraft did not carry military equipment and weapons. It was also reported that the Syrian air force has been ordered to seize any Turkish aircraft flying over its airpspace. (Ynet)
