3 missing, 1 dead in small plane crash in USVI

At least three people are missing and one person has died after a small plane that was delivering newspapers went down in the US Virgin Islands.

The interim executive director for the island's Port Authority says the plane went down just eight miles (13 kilometers) south of the airport in St. Thomas. (AP)
