Ex-president Katsav files pardon petition

Former President Moshe Katsav, who is serving a seven-year sentence for rape has filed a petition for a presidential pardon.
The petition did not include any statement of remorse over his actions. President Shimon Peres will make the final decision on the matter. (Aviel Magnezi)
